About Velnoro

The practice.

Velnoro is a business and technology consulting practice, and right now that work is about AI: mapping the realistic options, recommending one with the reasoning attached, and staying alongside your team for as long as they want the support.

The remit

A business and technology practice.

The pairing in that sentence is deliberate. Technology questions are never only technology questions: a tool that fits the architecture and misses how the work actually flows will fail politely and expensively. So every engagement here works both sides of the line at once, what the systems can do and what the organization will actually carry.

AI is where that work points right now, because AI is where the decisions with dates on them are. But the discipline underneath is older and steadier: understand the situation properly, map what could realistically be done about it, and turn the chosen path into work with owners and a sequence. When a problem lands that has nothing to do with AI, the same discipline applies, and some of Velnoro's work is exactly that.

Technology & Operations

How Velnoro works

Fixed shape, visible reasoning.

Every engagement runs through the same four stages and ends with a plan your team can run. The mechanics, including how the terms are fixed, what happens when scope changes, and how an engagement is built to end, are set out in full on their own page.

How engagements run

After handover

Support that runs as far as you want it.

Some clients close at the handover walkthrough and run the plan themselves. Others keep Velnoro alongside through the build, coaching the team that owns the work, on a cadence agreed after the engagement itself has ended. Both are good endings; which one is yours is always your call.

The practitioner

Who does the work.

The practice is led by Emily Bethke, its principal consultant, with a background in enterprise IT and the Microsoft platform world: the systems most of this work runs on, and the organizational terrain around them.

The name on the work matters less here than the shape of it: every engagement is set up so the people who carry it forward are yours.
