Every engagement is built the same way: a decision you can defend, and a plan your team can run. What varies is how much ground the work covers, and that's agreed together before anything starts.
Stage by stage

Frame
The real problem, the constraints, and what success looks like are agreed before any solution is discussed.
You contribute: Access to the people who own the problem, existing context, and agreement on what done means.
Map
The realistic options laid out side by side, one recommendation with the reasoning attached, and the trade-offs made explicit.
You contribute: Decision-makers available to react and choose, and constraints surfaced honestly.
Plan
A sequenced plan your own team can run, with owners, dependencies, and effort, plus a decision log and a risks-and-assumptions register.
You contribute: The team who will own execution, and a check that the plan fits how your organization actually works.
Handover
A walkthrough with the people who will run it, and a clear point where the engagement ends because your team can carry it forward.
You contribute: The receiving team's time.
How the work is delivered
- Fixed terms
- Every engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed fee, and a fixed deadline, all agreed before work starts. You buy a defined outcome by a date, and the cost is known on day one.
- If something changes
- If something material changes once work is under way, it's handled openly: the change, its impact on the timeline, and any effect on the fee are agreed together before anything proceeds. Nothing is quietly absorbed, and nothing is quietly added.
- If the work runs long
- Because the fee is fixed, the risk of an engagement taking longer than planned sits with Velnoro, not with you. The agreed fee is the agreed fee.
- Who does the work
- Engagements are delivered by Velnoro. Where a piece of work calls for specialist depth, named specialists are agreed as part of the scope, so you always know exactly who is involved and why.
- How the work moves
- Work is organized around milestones and deliverables, not hours of presence. Progress is visible at each milestone, and messages are answered within one business day. This keeps momentum without tying the work to a calendar of meetings.
Where an engagement ends
Every engagement is built to end. Where that point falls is agreed at scoping, not discovered at the end. Handover includes the recommendation and the reasoning behind it, a sequenced plan with owners, dependencies and effort, a decision log, a risks and assumptions register, and a walkthrough with the people who will run the work.
Staying alongside (optional)
Some clients choose to keep Velnoro alongside their team through execution, on an agreed cadence. This is always a separate, optional arrangement, decided after the core engagement has ended and the team can already carry the work forward on its own.
What this costs
Every engagement is quoted as a single fixed fee, scoped up front, known on day one. Numbers are set on the intro call, once the shape of the work is clear.
